Cancellations

Cancel more than 12 weeks before the experience and we’ll refund you in full.

Between 12 and 3 weeks before, your payment becomes a credit for a future MdC experience.

In the last 3 weeks, cancellations aren’t possible, but you can pass your place to a friend once you’ve introduced them to us.

In the last 10 days, your place can no longer be passed on. By then, everything is already being prepared for you.

Travel insurance

Travel insurance is required for every guest and must be in place before you arrive. We recommend a policy that covers medical care and trip cancellation.
